MEMORANDUM

SUBJ:	LISP Support/Tech Writer


This memo is to confirm that, as we discussed yesterday, David Saslav
has accepted our offer for the position of Software Support Engineer.
We are very fortunate to find a qualified programmer and technical
writer with a degree from MIT and several years ofexperience on LISP
machines.

David will be starting in 2 weeks, on May 2.  He is returning a signed
copy of the offer letter; our copy is in a file Brenda set up.

As you suggested earlier, I will assign him to the office next to Brad
Bridge.  Brad and I will take care of emptying that office.  He will
need some additional supplies, which I will discuss with Brenda.

The agency that referred him to me, DDI Inc., will be billing us as
agreed for $6000, which is 20% of annual salary. Standard contingency
guarantees apply.  Unless you suggest otherwise I will tell the
recruiter, Ross Squire, to direct the invoice to the attention of
Accounts Payable.
