Here are my comments on the Lambda Ops sections you gave me Thursday. We
have not verified any of the disk-label editing stuff; we'll try do to
one today or tomorrow.  Of course we won't be able to try every case (!)
so we'll have to trust this and verify during beta.

By the way, you didn't leave me the Appendix on full GC and minimum PAG
partition sizes...

      - "update your site files" needs a pointer to the 
        relevant manual section(s) [for final release]
      - no instructions or pointer for setting parity/cache 
        (on retrofit systems) [for final release]
