     may be nothing if current dir is top level). Required < > brackets or
     semi-colons.

o M-x List Fonts has needed a two window response for a very long time.  As it
   stands now, the list of font names appears on a temporary scrolling window,
   with each font name being mouse-sensitive.  The problem with this is, is that
   when a user attempts to click on more than one font name, the wraparound na-
   ture of the font display process overwrites the font names after one screen-
   ful.  What we need is two independent windows, one for the font choices, one
   for the display of the font selected.  This leaves the choice pane free from
   the danger of being overwritten.
